Egg, Sausage Chorizo and Cheese Cake

Serves: 6 
Preparation Time: 25 minutes 

Ingredients :
8 Eggs, cracked into а bowl   
8-ounce Breakfast Sausage, chopped.   
1 large Green Bell Pepper, chopped.   
3 Bacon Slices, chopped.   
1/2 cup Milk   
4 slices Bread, cut into 1/2 -inch cubes   
1 tsp. Red Chili Flakes  
1 large Red Bell Pepper, chopped.
1 cup chopped Green Onion   
1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese   
Salt and Black Pepper to taste   
2 cups Water 

Directions :
1- Add the eggs, sausage chorizo, bacon slices, green and red bell peppers, green onion, chili flakes, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and milk to а bowl and use а whisk to beat them together   
2- Grease а Bundt pan with cooking spray and pour the egg mixture into it. After, drop the bread slices in the egg mixture all around while using а spoon to push them into the mixture   3- Open the Ninja Foodi, pour in water, and fit the rack at the center of the pot. Place Bundt pan on the rack and seal the pressure lid   
4- Select Pressure mode on High pressure for 6 minutes, and press Start/Stop.  Once the timer goes off, press Start/Stop, do а quick pressure release   
5- Run а knife around the egg in the Bundt pan, close the crisping lid and cook for another 4 minutes on Bake/Roast on 380°F   
6- When ready, place а serving plate on the Bundt pan, and then, turn the egg Bundt over. Use а knife to cut the egg into slices.  Serve with sauce of your choice
