Simple Banana Oatmeal

Serves: 4 
Preparation Time: 30 minutes 

Ingredients :
2 ripe bananas, chopped   
1/2 cup steel-cut oats   
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar   
1/4 cup heavy cream   
2 tsp. vanilla extract   
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon   
1/4 tsp. salt 

Directions : 
1- Mix the oats, brown sugar, bananas, vanilla,cinnamon and salt with 2 ¼ cups water in the Ninja Foodi Multi-cooker until the brown sugar dissolves   
2- High pressure for 18 minutes. Lock the lid onto the pot and cook at high pressure for 18 minutes.   
3- To get 18 minutes cook time, press the *Pressure* button and use the Time Adjustment button to adjust the cook time to 18 minutes   
4- Pressure Release. Turn off the Ninja Foodi Multi-cooker or unplug it, so it doesn’t flip to its keep-warm setting. Allow the pot’s pressure to come to regular naturally, 10 to 12 minutes   
5- If the pot’s pressure hasn’t returned to normal within 12 minutes, use the quick release method to bring it back to normal   
6- Finish the dish. Unlock and open the cooker. Stir in the cream. Close the crisping lid. Select “BROIL” and set the time to 5 minutes   
7- Select START/STOP to begin. Cook until top is browned. Set aside for 1 minute to warm before serving.
